Donation to ACONE
To the Adoption Community of New England, Inc. members and friends,
We are asking for your support as we celebrate over three decades of providing education and support for all those touched by adoption.
Donations will be used to expand current programs including the Annual New England Adoption Conference, adoption awareness education for the general public and professionals, and Baby and Toddler Care workshops. We also will continue to offer no-fee services to support all members of the adoption triad such the Triad Support Group, Birth Family Support Group, Adopted Persons Group and Waiting Parents. This fall we have added an event for adoptive grandparents and grandparents-to-be, also free to anyone who is interested in attending.
Since its founding in 1967, ACONE, known for so many years as Open Door Society of MA, has helped families by providing information on issues such as how to adopt, bringing your new child home, school issues, diversity and more. Through our network of chapters, we strive to provide access and support to many families throughout New England. The need for these services continues to grow. Please consider helping us to help families such as yours. All contributions are eligible for corporate matching gift programs and will be recognized in a future issue of ACONE News (unless requested otherwise).
