Invitation to Exhibitors
To Adoption Agencies, Support Groups and other Adoption Related Exhibitors:
We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at our 37th Annual New England Adoption Conference on Saturday, April 17th, 2010 in Bellingham, MA. As an Exhibitor, you will have the unique opportunity to present your services and information to the largest adoption related audience that will assemble in New England this year.
- Each exhibit has a covered 30” X 72” table and two chairs.
Please do not bring your own tables. - The exhibit fee does not include lunch or workshop admission.
Lunch may be ordered on the enclosed exhibitor registration form. - Exhibitors who would like to attend workshops may register for individual workshops at $10/per workshop.
- Brochures will be mailed under separate cover.
- Exhibitors are prohibited from selling any item that is also for sale in the ACONE Bookstore.
- Exhibitor fees, regulations and policies are set by the ACONE Board of Directors.
Exhibit space is assigned in the order that paid registrations are received. The only exceptions are those requiring electrical outlets and/or other accommodations deemed necessary by ACONE. Payment must accompany all registrations and be received at our office no later than March 31st, 2010. We will accept registrations via fax only when they are accompanied by credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa or Discover). Information must include the credit card number, name of cardholder, expiration date, 3 digit # on the back of the card and signature.
If you cannot or choose not to exhibit, please consider sending written material about your services to be placed on the “Literature Table” for attendees to receive. Please return the form stating your intention to mail materials so your name and contact information can appear in the listing of exhibitors and literature providers.
Mail literature materials so they arrive at the ACONE office no later than April 1st, 2010.
