Jayne Schooler, BA, MBS, has over twenty years of experience as a foster parent, adoptive parent, adoption professional and educator. She is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer and writer on family life as well as foster and adoptive parent issues. Jayne is the author of: The Whole Life Adoption Book; Searching for a Past; Telling the Truth to Your Adopted or Foster Child; Journeys after Adoption; and Mom, Dad "I'm Pregnant": When Your Daughter or Son Faces an Unplanned Pregnancy.

Faculty

Etta Lappen Davis, MAED, is Director of Etsky Consulting, offering consultation and training for public agencies and non-governmental organizations providing child welfare/social services. She is a Hague Consultant, Trainer and Evaluator for Council on Accreditation and the President of the ACONE Board of Directors.

Karen Greenberg, Esq, is on the Board of The American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. She specializes in family and adoption law at her firm in Wellesley Hills, MA.

Arlene Kasarjian, JD, specializes in family and adoption law at Konowitz and Greenberg, Wellesley Hills, MA.

Pamela Lowell, MSW, LISCW, BCD, is in private practice in RI. She is author of Returnable Girl and Survival Meditations for Parents of Teens.

Frederic Reamer, PhD, is a Professor at the School of Social Work, Rhode Island College in Providence, RI. With his wife, Deborah Siegel he is the co-author of Finding Help for Struggling Teens and an adoptive parent of teenagers.

Deborah Siegel, PhD, is a Professor at the School of Social Work at Rhode Island College in Providence, RI. Together with her husband Rick Reamer she is the co-author of Finding Help for Struggling Teens and an adoptive parent of teenagers.

Adoption Community of New England, Inc. is a non-profit membership organization incorporated in 1967. Its purpose is to provide information, advocacy and support for all who are touched by adoption.
