For parents or workers to find a professional: Fill out the request form, which will ask for the towns to which you can travel and the areas of expertise you are looking for. The computer will match your request with the listed professionals and their profiles will be sent to you.
For professionals to be listed in the directory: Complete the provider questionnaire and return to our Office.
